This is a beta
MKC+ is free, unfinished software offered as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Features can change or break between releases, and you use it at your own risk.
What it does
MKC+ shares your mouse, keyboard and clipboard between your own devices over your local network. It is not remote-access software for other people's machines, and it is not designed for, tested against, or suitable as a safety-critical control path. Once a day, its check for updates passes through a counter on Cloudflare that adds one to that day's total for its system (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android or Android TV) and for what Cloudflare reads from the connection: the country and region, the network's name and the local hour. Linux packages installed with dnf are counted the same way, by version and system. The counter keeps no IP address of yours and no device identifier.
Expect the operating system to warn you
The installers are not signed with a commercial certificate, so Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper show one warning on first run. That warning is expected; the download is the same file everyone gets. Never run a copy from anywhere other than the official release link on this site.
Fair use and liability
Use it on machines you own or administer. Do not repackage it, sell it, or present it as your own. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any damages arising from using or being unable to use MKC+, including lost work or interrupted access.
